Wings of Victory Outreach Corp. was formed to provide housing and life skills training for women. We offer a holistic approach and an opportunity to acquire an independent, self-sufficient lifestyle to women who are frequently homeless.
We give a hand up to women by offering programs that develop self sufficiency through housing, employment, education, and character building. Participants gain the skills needed to function responsibly and effectively in daily life.
Counseling and goal setting in the following areas are encouraged: parenting, education, employment, finances, housing, childcare issues, relationships, healthy living, workplace professionalism, and self-esteem. In addition, clients will be given an opportunity to work on: personal development, spiritual development, vocational development, substance and alcohol abuse prevention, community involvement, and healthy lifestyle/leisure activities.
